By accessing this website or registering for any event listed on it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site or register for an event.

Registration for a workshop, retreat, or event constitutes an application for a place, not a guaranteed booking, until confirmation has been sent to the email address provided. Information submitted at registration must be accurate and current.

Where an event requires payment, the fee or deposit shown on the relevant registration page must be received in full before a place is confirmed.

Every effort is made to hold each event at the advertised venue and on the advertised date. However, the venue, date, and/or time of any event may change in certain circumstances, including but not limited to venue unavailability, insufficient registrations, safety considerations, or events outside our reasonable control.

Where an event is cancelled outright rather than rescheduled, attendees will be offered a transfer to a future date or a refund, at our discretion, unless otherwise stated on the specific event's registration page.

Our events are intended for attendees aged 18 and over unless the registration page for a specific event states otherwise. Anyone under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian to attend.

Photography, filming, and audio recording may take place at our events for use across this website, social media, and press coverage. By attending, you consent to being included in such material unless you notify us in writing beforehand that you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.

Where an event involves travel, accommodation, or physical activity, attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel, travel insurance, and visas, and for confirming with their own doctor that they are fit to take part. We accept no liability for personal injury, illness, or loss arising from travel to, from, or during an event, save where caused by our negligence.

All text, images, branding, and materials on this website belong to Avnish & Anita Goyal or their respective ventures and foundations, unless credited otherwise. Reproduction or use without express written consent is prohibited.

Personal details submitted through a registration form are used only to administer your place, send event-related updates, and where relevant, confirm attendance. Details are not sold or passed to third parties for marketing purposes. Full information on how your data is handled is set out in our separate Privacy Statement.

Content on this website and at any associated event is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Attendance at, or reliance on, any event, workshop, or published material is at your own discretion, and results may vary.
